Changing or canceling a reservation
A reservation can be changed or moved to another time only once. You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +37062858339. After one change to the reservation time, the option to cancel the reservation or get a refund is no longer available. To cancel a reservation, you can reply to your reservation email or contact us by phone. You can cancel your reservation no later than 24 hours before the start of your game.
If you do not cancel your reservation or cancel later than 24 hours before the start of your game, the money for the entertainment will not be refunded.If you have reserved more than one room but want to cancel one of the escape rooms less than 24 hours before your arrival, a cancellation fee will apply.
